Our goal is to clean what is dirty, protect what needs protection, and maintain the home before buildup and wear create bigger problems.
Why Protection Matters
Cleaning removes dirt, algae, mildew, stains, and buildup. Protection services help go a step further. Roof Preservation helps condition the roof and support longer roof life. Exterior Paint & Sealant Protection is applied after house washing when appropriate and helps protect painted surfaces from oxidation while helping keep caulking, sealants, and exterior finishes conditioned. Together, these services help your home look better, stay better maintained, and reduce avoidable exterior wear.
Free Monthly Touch-Ups
Emerald Exterior Maintenance Plan members may request one free monthly touch-up visit, up to 1 hour, when scheduling allows. This is designed for small maintenance items, quick touch-ups, and minor exterior care needs between scheduled services.
Monthly touch-ups are limited to one visit per month, up to 1 hour of labor. Touch-ups must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability, weather, safety, access, and service fit. Touch-ups do not include major cleanings, roof cleaning, heavy restoration, gutter brightening, tall ladder work, chemical-intensive work, Roof Preservation, Exterior Paint & Sealant Protection, or work that requires specialty equipment unless approved by Shamrock Services.
