Our Services

Clean. Protect. Maintain.

A roofline-down approach to caring for your home's exterior. Pick a service to learn more, or schedule an Exterior Care Assessment and we'll recommend what your home actually needs.

While we prefer maintenance plans because they help homeowners stay ahead of buildup and avoid letting the home fall behind, we also offer one-time services for homeowners who need a single exterior cleaning or reset.

Roof Soft Washing

Roof soft washing helps treat dark streaks, algae, and organic growth using a low-pressure cleaning process designed for roof surfaces. This helps improve the appearance of the roof while avoiding unnecessary high-pressure cleaning on shingles or roof materials. For homeowners who want darker roof stains treated more aggressively, we can discuss stronger treatment options during the Exterior Care Assessment.

  • Helps improve roof appearance
  • Helps treat algae and dark streaks
  • Uses a low-pressure process
  • Stronger roof treatment options may be available when requested
  • Helps reduce organic buildup on roof surfaces
  • Avoids aggressive pressure on roof materials

Roof Preservation

Roof Preservation is a roof conditioner applied to help maintain the roof after cleaning and support longer roof life. This is a protection-focused service that goes beyond basic cleaning.

  • Helps condition the roof after cleaning
  • Helps maintain roof appearance
  • Helps support longer roof life
  • Adds a protection-focused step beyond basic cleaning
  • Helps homeowners care for one of the most expensive exterior parts of the home

Gutter Cleaning

Gutter cleaning helps keep water moving properly away from the home by removing leaves, debris, and blockages from inside the gutters.

  • Helps reduce gutter overflow
  • Helps move water away from the home
  • Helps reduce risk of water-related issues
  • Helps protect fascia, siding, landscaping, and foundation areas
  • Helps prevent clogged gutters from becoming a bigger problem

Gutter Brightening

Gutter brightening helps improve the appearance of stained or oxidized gutter exteriors. This is different from gutter cleaning, which focuses on removing debris from inside the gutters. Gutter brightening is a separate curb appeal service and may be recommended during an Exterior Care Assessment.

  • Helps improve curb appeal
  • Helps restore the appearance of gutter exteriors when possible
  • Helps remove exterior staining when appropriate
  • Makes the roofline look cleaner and better maintained
  • Helps the home look cared for from the top down

House Washing

House washing helps remove dirt, algae, mildew, cobwebs, pollen, and organic buildup from siding, trim, soffits, fascia, and exterior surfaces. We prefer light pressure and soft washing methods whenever appropriate because siding, paint, caulking, seals, windows, and exterior finishes can be damaged by excessive pressure.

  • Helps improve curb appeal
  • Helps remove algae, mildew, dirt, pollen, and grime
  • Helps protect exterior surfaces from excessive buildup
  • Uses a lighter-pressure approach when appropriate
  • Helps avoid unnecessary pressure damage to siding and exterior surfaces
  • Prepares painted surfaces for Exterior Paint & Sealant Protection when recommended

Exterior Paint & Sealant Protection

Exterior Paint & Sealant Protection is applied after house washing when appropriate. It helps condition painted surfaces, protect against oxidation, and keep caulking, sealants, and exterior finishes from drying out prematurely.

  • Helps protect against oxidation
  • Helps condition exterior painted surfaces
  • Helps keep caulking and sealants from drying out prematurely
  • Helps maintain the appearance of painted exterior surfaces
  • Adds a protection step after house washing
  • Helps protect exterior finishes from unnecessary wear

Exterior Window Cleaning

Exterior window cleaning is available in two levels. A maintenance-level exterior glass rinse may be included as part of a house wash or Emerald Exterior Maintenance Plan. For a more detailed exterior window cleaning, we also offer pure water-fed pole cleaning using purified water when requested or added for an additional fee.

Maintenance-Level Exterior Glass Rinse

May be included as part of a house wash or maintenance plan. Helps rinse exterior glass during the cleaning process and improves the overall appearance of the home. This is not a detailed squeegee-style window cleaning and is not the same as a dedicated pure water-fed pole window cleaning.

Best For
  • Maintenance plan members
  • Homes receiving a house wash
  • General exterior rinse
  • Keeping windows from looking neglected between deeper cleanings
Pure Water-Fed Pole Exterior Window Cleaning

A dedicated exterior window cleaning service using purified water and a water-fed pole system when appropriate. More detailed than a basic house wash rinse and may be added for an additional fee or requested as a stand-alone service.

Best For
  • Homeowners who want cleaner exterior glass
  • Customers requesting dedicated exterior window cleaning
  • Maintenance plan upgrades
  • One-time or exterior-only window cleaning requests
  • Basic window rinse available with house washing or maintenance plans
  • Dedicated pure water-fed pole cleaning available for an additional fee
  • Helps improve the appearance of exterior glass
  • Helps brighten the home
  • Clear distinction between maintenance rinse and dedicated window cleaning
  • Purified water cleaning is available when appropriate

Driveway & Concrete Cleaning

Concrete cleaning can be performed as a lighter maintenance cleaning or, when requested, with a surface cleaner for a more immediate and noticeable result. Surface cleaning may be recommended for driveways, walkways, patios, and concrete areas with visible buildup, staining, or heavier soil. While concrete is durable, careless high pressure can still cause striping, surface damage, or uneven results. We use the right process for the condition of the concrete.

  • Lighter maintenance cleaning available when appropriate
  • Surface cleaner option available for stronger results
  • Helps improve driveway and concrete appearance
  • Helps remove surface buildup and staining
  • Helps complete the roofline-down exterior care process
  • Uses a more controlled approach to avoid unnecessary surface damage
  • Helps reduce the risk of aggressive pressure marks or uneven cleaning

Emerald Exterior Maintenance Plans

The Emerald Exterior Maintenance Plan helps homeowners stay ahead of exterior buildup with scheduled service throughout the year. The goal is to clean, protect, and maintain the home instead of waiting until everything looks dirty again.

  • Clean, protect, and maintain your home year-round
  • Roofline-down exterior care
  • Priority scheduling
  • Free monthly touch-ups up to 1 hour
  • Seasonal exterior care recommendations
  • Less buildup over time
  • Easier budgeting
  • A cleaner, sharper-looking home throughout the year
  • Helps reduce unnecessary wear and may help avoid some costly exterior repairs

Why We Prefer Light Pressure & Limited Chemicals

High pressure and strong chemicals have their place, but they should not be the first answer for every surface. Used incorrectly, high pressure can damage siding, scar concrete, force water behind surfaces, loosen paint, damage trim, and create uneven results. Strong chemicals can harm plants, landscaping, painted surfaces, metals, and delicate exterior finishes if they are overused or misapplied. Shamrock Services uses a more careful approach focused on the right method, the right pressure, and the right amount of cleaning solution for each surface.

  • Helps reduce risk of pressure damage
  • Helps protect siding, paint, trim, caulking, and sealants
  • Helps reduce risk to plants and landscaping
  • Helps avoid unnecessary chemical exposure
  • Helps protect delicate finishes
  • Helps maintain the home instead of just blasting it clean
  • Helps homeowners feel confident their property is being cared for thoughtfully
The Right Method

The Right Method for the Right Result

We prefer a lighter, maintenance-minded approach whenever possible. However, if a homeowner wants a more immediate result, such as surface cleaning a driveway or treating dark roof stains more aggressively, we can discuss those options during the Exterior Care Assessment. We will recommend the method that best balances results, surface condition, safety, access, weather, and customer goals.
