1. Services
Shamrock Services provides exterior cleaning, protection, and maintenance services including but not limited to roof soft washing, roof preservation, gutter cleaning, gutter brightening, house washing, Exterior Paint & Sealant Protection, exterior window cleaning, driveway/concrete cleaning, and the Emerald Exterior Maintenance Plan. All work is performed in accordance with the recommendations made during the Exterior Care Assessment and is subject to property condition, safety, weather, and access.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the information provided by the homeowner and a visual review of the property. Final pricing may vary depending on size, condition, access, safety concerns, surface type, and the level of cleaning required. Shamrock Services reserves the right to adjust pricing or decline service if conditions on-site differ materially from those described.
3. Scheduling, Weather & Cancellations
Services are scheduled subject to weather, safety, equipment availability, and crew scheduling. Shamrock Services reserves the right to reschedule any service due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances. Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting Shamrock Services as soon as possible.
4. Property & Surface Condition
Customers acknowledge that exterior surfaces (paint, caulking, sealants, siding, screens, trim, roofing, concrete, windows, gutters, etc.) may have pre-existing wear, damage, or weakness that is not always visible. Shamrock Services uses light pressure, controlled chemical use, and the least aggressive method that makes sense for the surface whenever possible, but cannot be held responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, improperly installed materials, failing paint or sealants, deteriorated wood, loose siding, compromised roofing, or other latent property issues.
5. Maintenance Plans & Free Monthly Touch-Ups
Emerald Exterior Maintenance Plan members may receive up to one free monthly touch-up visit, up to 1 hour, when scheduling allows. Touch-ups are intended for small maintenance items and do not include major cleanings, roof cleaning, heavy restoration, gutter brightening, tall ladder work, chemical-intensive work, Roof Preservation, Exterior Paint & Sealant Protection, or specialty services unless approved by Shamrock Services. Plan benefits, scheduling, and inclusions may be adjusted from time to time.
6. Shamrock Cares
Shamrock Cares is a community service program offered at the sole discretion of Shamrock Services based on availability, need, location, service fit, weather, access, and safety. Submitting a nomination does not guarantee service. Shamrock Cares is separate from the Emerald Exterior Maintenance Plan and does not automatically include monthly touch-ups, Roof Preservation, Exterior Paint & Sealant Protection, gutter brightening, roof soft washing, heavy restoration, or specialty services.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Maintenance plan billing is handled on the schedule communicated at sign-up.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shamrock Services' liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service. Shamrock Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Photography
Shamrock Services may take before/after photos of completed work for quality assurance and marketing purposes. Identifying details such as house numbers are typically excluded. Homeowners may request that photos of their property not be used publicly by contacting Shamrock Services.
10. Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree to be contacted by Shamrock Services by phone, email, or text (if you opt in to SMS) regarding your request, scheduling, service updates, follow-ups, and related communications.
11. Changes
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Shamrock Services' services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
